Repair Attempts
Applies when the manufacturer cannot fix a recurring defect after a reasonable number of attempts.
Refund Or Replacement
May entitle you to a refund, replacement vehicle, or other compensation depending on your case.
No Fees Unless You Win
Our team reviews your claim at no cost and only recovers a fee if your case succeeds or settles.

Used Car Owners
Indiana's state Lemon Law only covers new and demonstrator vehicles. But
used car owners still have powerful federal protection.
Federal — Covers New & Used Vehicles
Manufacturers pay our fees when we win. Zero cost to you — ever.
Our Proven Approach
We discuss your vehicle, its defects, and prior repair attempts. We'll explain your rights and the full process with no obligation.
We develop your case, organize your paperwork, and send official written notice to the manufacturer — giving them one final repair attempt.
If unresolved, we escalate to Indiana's New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board — or in many cases, settle directly with the manufacturer before this stage.
You choose your remedy: a full refund or replacement vehicle. In court appeals, the manufacturer pays your attorney's fees.

Got Questions?
A car may qualify if it has a defect covered by warranty that substantially impairs the vehicle’s use, value, or safety, and the manufacturer or dealer doesn’t fix it after a reasonable number of tries (or it’s been out of service for 30+ days).
Generally, you must show that the defect is covered by warranty, repair attempts were made within the eligibility period, and you gave the manufacturer/dealer a reasonable chance to repair the issue. Our attorneys handle all of these steps for you.
We typically start by notifying the manufacturer and, if applicable, participating in their informal dispute resolution program. If the situation is not resolved at this stage, we’re prepared to take your case to Court to secure the compensation you’re entitled to. If you prevail, the remedy will typically be a refund or replacement vehicle.
